Build Screen Flows
A user gets a guided screen flow built, tested and ready to place where people will use it, often with the fields, permissions and demo records it depends on.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Proposes a plan and waits for the user to approve it before building.
- Builds the screen flow and its screens. Examples are a Start a Conversation flow for a manufacturing demo and a patient onboarding wizard with insurance collection, auto-save and resume, and a Platform Event.
- Sets up what the flow depends on, such as custom Account fields and a Permission Set for field-level security.
- Seeds demo records to show the flow in use:
- an Account with Contacts and activity records
- Quotes with line items and Invoices, using the Commerce Invoicing API after standard inserts were blocked
- Revises the flow on user feedback and works through Flow metadata deploy errors.
- Debugs validation and field-level security, then tests end to end. In one task it found that screen validation formulas treat true as valid, rewrote them, and confirmed that invalid input is rejected and valid input accepted.
