Analyze Existing Flow Logic
Get a clear account of what existing flows do, how they connect to other parts of the org, and where they could be cleaned up or refactored. The result is usually a report, an explanation in chat, or a refactored flow ready to deploy.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Finds the configuration that flows may depend on, such as disable-automation Custom Settings, and describes their fields.
- Lists the org's active flows, or queries custom FlowDefinition records through the Tooling API.
- Adds labels and process types from FlowDefinitionView, then compares each flow's latest version with its active version.
- Searches flow metadata for references to the settings or objects in question. In the worst failure this step was never finished.
- Delivers a report, or refactors and deploys the flow. It then reviews related automation such as an Agentforce agent script and explains each change.
