Configure Case Page Layouts

1. Looks at the current setup first. In one case it reviewed existing Education Cloud cases to see how the Career case page was laid out; in another it found that the requested roll-up summary field already existed on the Case object.
2. Writes a plan before changing anything, and waits for approval.
3. Breaks larger work into phases. For an internal team's Case layout, the plan covered custom fields, a compact layout, the page layout, the Lightning record page, list views and field-level security checks.
4. For a new record page, lays out the steps: create the page, build its regions and assign it to the right record type, with suggestions for visual improvements.
