Configure Custom App Navigation Tabs

1. When an app shows no records, finds the cause by checking for a Connected App, field-level security on the fields, and whether the Lightning app has any navigation items.
2. Creates a FlexiPage for a custom Lightning web component and adds it to the app's metadata as a navigation tab.
3. Adds a custom object tab to the Lightning app and deploys it together with any missing setup, such as the Connected App.
4. Checks the result by querying the records and loading the app in the browser.
5. For a larger cleanup, writes a plan covering the app's tabs, removing empty custom objects and setting the default app, then waits for approval.
