Automate Order Flows
Get flows that activate, default and fulfil orders built, fixed or redeployed. Examples include a flow that creates a return order from a fulfilment order, extending an order modification flow, and reworking order routing in Order Management.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Investigates the problem in the org first, such as order sync and fulfilment routing issues in Order Management.
- Builds a record-triggered flow on the order object in question. One example is an Auto-RMA flow on FulfillmentOrder. For heavier work it extends an existing flow and adds Apex, a custom object and a permission set. One such job added an item selection screen, a PaymentAuthorization with the correct amount, and FulfillmentOrder and FulfillmentOrderLineItem creation to an order modification flow.
- Deploys the work and fixes what the deploy turns up, such as CurrencyIsoCode bugs and a FulfillmentOrderLineItem Type/TypeCode fix, and adds debug error reporting to the flow.
- Packages the work as a reusable recipe and uses it in a new session to deploy the flow to a second org.
- Reverts on request: deactivates a custom flow, clears its references from fulfilment orders and deletes the records it created.
