Automate Closed Won Follow-Up Flows
When an opportunity closes won, MeshMesh builds a Flow that creates follow-up tasks, sends notifications or updates related records. The result is a working record-triggered Flow on Opportunity, deployed and tested in the org.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Builds an after-save record-triggered Flow on Opportunity that creates a follow-up Task when the stage changes to Closed Won.
- For related-record updates, builds and activates a record-triggered Flow through the browser that sets the related Account's status to Active.
- Deploys the Flow to the org and tests it against a set of scenarios. When browser sign-in fails, it confirms the deployment by retrieving the metadata through the command line.
- Documents the build: a Build Summary with screenshots, or a reusable recipe with exact values, verification steps and troubleshooting.
- Leaves the activation decision with the user, asking whether to keep the Flow active or deactivate it until it is needed.
