Build Service Assistant Agents

1. Shapes the use cases for a Service Assistant demo and drafts the demo content, such as a summary, an account info card and a work summary.
2. Creates and publishes Knowledge articles in the org for grounding.
3. Designs topic subagents and writes their instructions.
4. Builds the supporting pieces in the Service Console: custom fields, Lightning web components and Apex controllers.
5. Places components on Lightning pages and the utility bar, adds the Agentforce pieces, and works around deploy and test data issues along the way.
6. Activates the agent in Agentforce Builder, where a configuration check can stop activation.
7. Hands back the Case record page changes for an admin to save and activate.
