Engineer Agent Script Definitions
An admin or developer gets an Agent Script file written or corrected, then published as a new agent version. Much of this work is building a new agent through Agent Script or fixing an existing one's script, then publishing and activating the result.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Traces an agent's error to its cause in the script, for example a Slack error that came from empty page-context variables.
- Writes or rewrites the Agent Script: a
before_reasoningfallback to a default Sales Cloud dashboard, a new service agent with flow actions, or a sales agent using page context and platform events. - Publishes a new agent version, through the CLI where needed, and works through publish, activation and visibility problems.
- Builds the pieces around the agent when the job calls for them, such as records, Experience Cloud pages and LWCs.
