Build Agentforce Chat Components

A user gets a Lightning Web Component that puts an Agentforce conversation inside Salesforce. The chat can run as a full page, as a component on a home page or inside an Experience Cloud site, and it usually connects to an existing agent through Apex.

How MeshMesh does it

  1. Produces a build plan and waits for the user to approve it before implementation starts.
  2. Writes an Apex controller that calls the existing Agentforce agent. It uses an invocable action or the Agent API with Client Credentials OAuth, with credentials kept in Custom Metadata.
  3. Builds the chat LWC and deploys it where it will be used. Examples include a new Lightning App with a FlexiPage, tab and profile visibility, or a Home page set as the org default.
  4. Builds or extends the agent itself where needed, using Agent Script, agent actions and topics, then activates it. For a site chat, this can include a Custom Lightning Type shown inside the agent conversation.
  5. Changes the look and behaviour on request, such as chat height or buttons, and confirms the change with a browser screenshot.
