Method

How MeshMesh does it

  1. Connects to the org and queries the CMS workspace and its content items to report what is published and what is still draft.
  2. Works around SOQL and Connect API gaps that come up while reading CMS content.
  3. Builds site pieces as CMS content blocks, such as a responsive footer with inline social icons and the customer's branding, then uploads, publishes and files it in the right CMS folder.
  4. Updates published content through the Content Builder HTML editor, then saves and republishes.
  5. Before deleting or clearing anything, investigates what exists and works out the order of steps, for example querying every workspace for deleted content in the recycle bin.
