Build Self-Service Help Centers

A user gets a help center on Experience Cloud: Knowledge articles organized by data categories, a portal visitors can search, and often an Agentforce help agent in an embedded chat window.

How MeshMesh does it

  1. Inspects the org: the existing site, published Knowledge articles, available community licenses and branding assets. It then writes a phased plan covering branding, home page, navigation, Knowledge, case submission, guest permissions and publishing, and waits for the user's approval before building.
  2. Builds the Knowledge articles for the help center.
  3. Creates and activates an Agentforce help agent with a messaging channel and an Embedded Service deployment, then adds the chat component to the site.
  4. Debugs routing and Knowledge retrieval. In one case it traced a retrieval problem to missing permission sets on the agent user.
  5. Tests the finished portal across Knowledge setup, article content, site status, branding, guest access, navigation and search. It fixes guest access, layout and URL issues along the way and produces an HTML test report with screenshots.

Guest visitor settings are covered in Configure Experience Cloud Guest Access.
