Build Partner Portals
Stand up an Experience Cloud portal where partners log in to register leads, see their own records and get enablement content.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Surveys the org first: existing sites, licenses, partner accounts, knowledge articles, reports, permission sets and profiles. It asks whether to reuse existing assets or create new ones.
- Writes a phased implementation plan and waits for approval before building.
- Builds the branded partner portal on Experience Cloud. Some builds also need a custom data model, Apex logic and LWCs, and end with a live LWR site whose resources are targeted to partner audiences.
- Builds the data and automation the portal shows, such as a data model with demo data, an alert flow with a subflow and scheduled and on-demand triggers, and portal pages for agreements, forecast, installed base and warranty claims.
- Produces supporting material such as a proposal, a deck and demo instructions.
