Find and fix the identity verification flows that an Agentforce agent calls, so customers verify who they are before the agent looks up or changes their records.

- Changes the agent's lookup flow so it requires email verification before it retrieves any booking.
- Builds and deploys a wrapper flow and its agent action for the customer identification service.
- Updates the topic instructions and the agent's role so the agent asks for an email first.
- Patches stale agent metadata through the Tooling API, activates the agent and tests that it asks for an email first.
- For a demo, replaces email verification with a bypass and tests the active agent end to end in agent preview.
