Diagnose Agentforce Guided Shopping
Find out why an Agentforce shopping agent fails at product search, recommendations or cart behavior on a commerce storefront, and fix it.

How MeshMesh does it
- Traces the symptom to its cause across the storefront and agent setup. In one case, items the agent added to a SCAPI basket did not appear in the PWA Kit storefront cart because the sessions were isolated.
- Writes a phased fix plan and makes the code changes.
- Deploys the changes to the org and checks them with anonymous Apex.
- Confirms that the SLAS refresh token exchange endpoint is reachable and returns the expected error for expired tokens, while keeping the existing fallback active.
- Hands the remaining storefront step, updating the SLAS secret, to the user.
