Configure Standard Agentforce Agents
The user gets a prebuilt Agentforce agent, such as an admissions, engagement or segmentation agent, created from its template, activated and sometimes extended with custom actions.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Checks licenses, permission sets and setup pages to confirm the template is available.
- Creates the agent from its standard template, such as the Education Cloud admissions agents or an Industries Customer Engagement template.
- Activates the agent. In one case it also activated the default Agentforce agent to fix a panel error.
- Extends the agent with Apex and flow actions, search and routing fixes, and fixes permissions as needed.
- Walks the user through Agent Builder and checks the metadata behind the agent.
