Configure Agent Data 360 Grounding

Get an agent that answers from Data 360 unified data and Knowledge content. MeshMesh sets up the library or query code the agent grounds on, connects it to the agent, and gets the agent live where users reach it.

Method

How MeshMesh does it

  1. Sets up Data 360 CRM data streams, data model objects and identity resolution through APIs.
  2. Creates a calculated insight with a daily Apex writeback.
  3. Configures the Data Library with the right content fields so the agent can read published Knowledge articles.
  4. Adds a search index and a retriever wired to the agent, plus Agent API access.
  5. Builds Flows or Apex as agent actions and deploys the agent to the org.
  6. Saves the configuration, which rebuilds the search index, then reactivates the agent.
  7. Deploys the agent to an Experience Cloud portal through embedded messaging.
  8. Runs end-to-end QA tests and writes a reusable blueprint with deployment order and known gotchas.
