Analyze Org Fit Gaps

MeshMesh compares what a customer needs against what an org already has. It returns a fit analysis with the gaps and solution options, or a scored recommendation between options.

How MeshMesh does it

  1. Takes in the source material the user provides, such as a call transcript or screenshots of a client org.
  2. Reads the org read-only and checks its data and metadata against the requirements.
  3. Works out what is covered and what is missing. In one case it mapped a team's pain points to Salesforce capabilities and listed the gaps for each component. In another it found the root causes of article recommendation problems.
  4. Weighs competing options and corrects its own figures along the way. In one case it fixed a calculation error and found that existing objects already served as junctions.
  5. Delivers the result: a fit analysis with architecture options and follow-up recommendations, or an HTML report with scoring and a recommended alternative.
  6. Sometimes goes on to build a demo. In one case it created sample Knowledge articles and Cases and built the Einstein recommendation model, but activation kept failing.

The analysis often feeds design work next. See Design Solution Architecture and Design Salesforce Data Models.
