Design Salesforce Data Models
A user gets an object model for a solution or demo org: which standard and custom objects to use, how they relate, and which fields to name. Sometimes MeshMesh also builds and deploys it in a demo org.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Reads the discovery material the user shares, such as a call transcript, and picks the standard data model that fits best.
- Drafts a schema that uses standard objects where they fit and adds custom objects for the rest.
- Revises the design when the user changes scope, for example by removing dependencies on other clouds.
- Documents the relevant Health Cloud data models and maps them to the customer's needs, then sets up a demo org with sample records and a short presentation.
- When asked to build a full demo org, works in phases: foundation, data model, flows, email templates, approvals, Dynamic Forms pages, and sample data with a reset flow.
- Works around deploy and flow-metadata constraints as they come up.
