Diagnose Salesforce Access Issues
Find out why a user cannot log in, open a record or use a feature. The result is a root cause and the permission or licence fixes it needs. When the limit sits on the Salesforce side, the result is an explanation of that limit.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Connects to the org and identifies the profile of the affected user.
- Counts active users on that profile and looks for gaps in their permission set assignments. Permission Set Groups and Permission Set Licenses come up most often across this work.
- Checks Flows and Apex triggers for the automation that should assign the missing permissions.
- Reads an access error from a screenshot and works out which Permission Set License, permission set and object permissions the user needs, then offers to make the fix.
- Copies permission sets from one user to another when access is missing.
- Diagnoses failing agent actions and login verification blocks, even when it cannot repair them.
