Integrate React Apps Into Salesforce

A user gets an externally built React app running in or alongside a Salesforce page, along with any Salesforce-side code it needs.

Method

How MeshMesh does it

  1. Sets up a React project with the Multi-Framework template and customizes the component.
  2. Runs the npm install and build locally.
  3. Builds the Salesforce-side pieces the app needs, such as LWC, Apex and REST API code, and Agentforce actions with permission sets.
  4. Works through deployment errors, mainly in metadata layout and naming.
  5. Builds an LWC that hosts the React app, and creates custom tab metadata so the app shows in the App Launcher.
  6. Tries to deploy the app into the org through React Multi-Framework. If the org lacks the required feature gate, it stops, as agreed with the user.
