Configure Product Catalog Management

1. Reads the current catalog setup by querying the objects involved. Wrong field or object names are a common first error, which it then corrects.
2. Re-saves settings that have gone stale. In one case it re-saved Product Discovery Settings to bring products back into the quote product selector. In another it re-saved a Qualification Procedure and refreshed its Decision Table.
3. Traces what the UI is actually doing. In one case it found that the New button opens a managed dialog that depends on a ProductRelationshipType record.
4. Creates the missing record and confirms the fix by saving a test rule through the UI.
5. Checks dependencies between procedures. In one case it found that qualification and pricing procedures need one shared context definition.
