Build Revenue Cloud Product Catalogs

1. Writes a plan and waits for the user to approve it before acting.
2. Deploys the custom fields, picklists and permission sets the catalog needs.
3. Sets up product attributes: attribute picklists, attribute definitions, attribute sets and classifications.
4. Creates products with their selling model links and price book entries.
5. Builds bundle products and their component relationships. The API cannot set ProductClass, so bundle products are created in the Product Workspace instead.
6. Fixes pricing procedure errors, for example by enabling a calculation procedure version with a rank.
7. Runs verification checks on what it built.
