Diagnose Field Service Scheduling Errors

1. Queries the scheduling records, such as service appointments, territories, resource types and timeframes, to find setup gaps.
2. Reproduces the failing path directly. One example is creating past-date appointments through Apex to tell a UI block apart from a data-layer block.
3. Checks and completes the Field Service setup. This includes enabling Enhanced Scheduling and Optimization, running the Field Service setup wizard and assigning the Scheduling Console permission set.
4. Corrects bad records where it can, for example moving appointments that sat in the wrong service territory.
5. Recommends a workaround when the platform itself blocks the request, such as a Screen Flow with custom date and time inputs.
