- Builds the demo foundation the agent needs: work types, asset hierarchies, technicians, accounts, and coverage and maintenance data.
- Writes Agent Script and Agentforce actions, including Apex-backed actions for an employee agent.
- Finds the Field Service tabs and adds the Scheduling Console to the app.
- Makes the agent visible to users through permission set access.
- Copies a notification flow with Save As New Flow so it shows up in Field Service Settings.
