- Runs identity resolution, then builds calculated insights and publishes segments so learners have unified profiles to work with.
- Works through the Data 360 and Marketing Cloud Next pre-work labs end to end.
- Writes study material such as quiz questions and study topics organized by exam section. In one case it delivered these as an iPhone and macOS app that was never built or run.
- Builds a role-based enablement curriculum around a competency framework, adds it to an executive brief and a roadmap, then syncs and publishes both.
