- Connects to the org and lists what is there, such as batch data transforms and calculated insights. Identity resolution is the feature mentioned most often in this work.
- Presents the findings as an inventory artifact the user can review.
- Waits for the user to say which transforms or insights to run, and does not trigger them unasked.
- Traces a symptom to its cause. In one audit, segments with no members led back to an empty Unified Individual data model object, even though the identity resolution rulesets showed as published.
- Lays out the fix in phases and starts with the root cause; in that audit the task paused before the fix was finished.
- Checks permissions and page components, and assigns permission sets where licenses allow. It reports what stays blocked, such as cleanup that depends on Salesforce Support.
