Quickstart Tableau Next Org Setup

1. Runs discovery on the org and writes a phased implementation plan for the user to approve.
2. Assigns the missing Tableau Next permission sets and reports any that hit a license limit.
3. Confirms through the APIs that Tableau Next and Data 360 are working: semantic models, visualizations, dashboards, data streams and the CRM connector. It skips browser checks of setup toggles when the APIs already show the features enabled.
4. Checks whether the org-level feature is on, and stops when it is disabled.
5. Works out which product a dashboard actually belongs to. In one case the dashboard turned out to be CRM Analytics, not Tableau Next, so MeshMesh assigned the missing permissions for that product instead.
6. Creates demo records, such as tasks and events, when the org is being prepared for a demo.
