Test Demo Scripts
MeshMesh runs test scripts against a demo or test org. It walks the demo flow or the story's acceptance criteria, records evidence and reports what passed, what failed and which defects it found.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Connects to the target org. The Salesforce connection can time out while it waits for the user.
- Sets out a test plan against the demo script or the story's acceptance criteria. A human often has to approve the plan before execution starts.
- Runs data-side checks such as SOQL queries alongside browser checks of the org's screens and dashboards.
- Walks the demo's click path against its screens and logs each gap it finds.
- Fixes org configuration as it goes and keeps a log of each change.
- Reports which checks passed, which were partial or failed, and the issues found.
- Leaves steps such as reactivating OmniScripts before retests, and mobile checks on physical devices, to a human.
