- Builds comparison documents in the user's language and extends them over many turns. In one case a Word document compared Marketing Cloud Next Advanced, Salesforce Personalization and Data 360 with Marketing Cloud Engagement and Marketing Cloud Personalization. It covered features, segment types, flow types, channels, Agentforce agents, use cases, limitations, migration recommendations, a decision tree and a glossary.
- Checks the document for gaps and fills them. In the same case it found the Journey Decisioning Agent missing and added it as a full section, a table entry and a glossary term.
