Document Implementation Guides

1. Where the guide depends on a working build, it builds that first. One example is a Data 360 report of imported email consent records. Another is a Knowledge publish governance solution with a screen flow, a quick action, record page changes and scheduled publishing.
2. Writes the admin build guide as a PDF with screenshots.
3. Revises when the user rejects a draft. In one case the user found one document too broad and another too technical, so MeshMesh wrote a short customer-friendly document, converted it to PDF and checked it.
4. Grows a technical question into client-facing material. One job produced implementation plans using Apex and Flow, presentations in Portuguese and English as PPTX and PDF, full implementation guides for each option, and a comparison of a Service Agent with a Custom Agent.
5. Explains how the parts fit together with code. One example is a PDF on how Data 360 context and grounding flow into filtered knowledge search, with Apex and Agent Script examples.
