Document Customer Follow-Up Emails

After a customer call or demo, MeshMesh drafts a meeting summary or follow-up email that answers the customer's questions and is ready for the user to copy and send.

How MeshMesh does it

  1. Takes in the meeting transcript or the question the customer raised.
  2. Drafts the follow-up email, for example as an HTML artifact covering test scripts, defect priorities, triage cadence and next steps.
  3. Revises the draft on request: merging in a second summary, correcting terminology, assigning named owners, simplifying the formatting for Gmail and keeping to the meeting agenda, or removing bolding, tightening the length and rewording the opening.
  4. For a coaching engagement, produces interactive HTML follow-up guides with demo screenshots, then writes separate case closure summaries with customer quotes and business outcomes.
  5. Hands over a draft for the user to review and send. Nothing is configured in an org.
