Design Discovery Questionnaires
MeshMesh prepares discovery questions, questionnaires and discovery kits that a solution engineer can take into a customer discovery conversation. It works from the customer's context and the engineer's assumptions.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Writes discovery questions grouped by theme. For example, it tests a specialist's Data 360 consumption and Agentforce assumptions for a university customer.
- Produces a formatted document with styled sections, headers, footers and callouts, ready to upload.
- For a customer-specific call template, clarifies the requirements and reviews the visual the user supplied. It then produces several artifact versions, and switches to a block-based artifact when the first ones do not display.
- For a larger engagement, the evidence describes a discovery workshop kit with a stakeholder map, data requests and a workshop plan, plus an early fit/gap and risk view and a demo org readiness check. The work then waits on post-discovery feedback before any demo org build.
