Design Demo Process Flows

Turn a demo scenario or scope document into a process flow diagram, swimlane view or timeline that a team can present or build from.

How MeshMesh does it

  1. Drafts a plan for the user to approve before building the HTML.
  2. Starts from an example statement of work and builds planning documents from it: a scope analysis, a discovery schedule, user stories in Draft status and a release plan.
  3. Produces an interactive HTML process diagram of the delivery process. It covers delivery flow, sprint lifecycle, swimlanes across the engagement timeline, acceptance and change control, an integration dependency map and RACI responsibilities.
  4. For demo builds, configures the org pieces the flow depends on. A quote approval demo got approval processes, flows, layouts and sample data. A Service Cloud demo got an Agentforce chat widget, flows, SLA processes, Knowledge articles and Case Path.
  5. Works around metadata deployment errors as they come up, though not all of them.
  6. Writes a presenter walkthrough in HTML that steps through the demo in acts, and publishes the finished artifacts.
