Design Agentforce Agent Architectures
Turn a customer's agent idea into a concrete Agentforce design: which agents, topics and actions to build, how they hand off work, and a phased plan for building them.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Checks the connected org's current state before designing. In one case it found a greenfield org with no agents yet. In another it found a demo environment instead of the customer's real org, and asked clarifying questions about scope.
- Researches the reference documents and the Agentforce, Agent Script, Apex and deployment documentation.
- Lays out the agent structure: the agents, their conversation topics, Knowledge grounding and Slack for Service. It may revise the structure as the work goes on, for example moving from topic delegation to separate agents.
- Writes a phased implementation plan with metadata XML, Apex service classes, deployment commands, test utterances, a dependency matrix and a risk register.
- Waits for approval before building anything in the org.
