Build Branded Customer Reports
The user gets a customer-ready, on-brand document, usually an HTML report or PDF guide with screenshots, that summarizes how an org, a campaign setup or a product area is configured.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Explores the org to find what the report should cover.
- Captures screenshots from a live org. When pages come out blank because the default list view is Recently Viewed, it re-captures them with the "All" list view.
- Builds the branded document as HTML with the screenshots embedded, and updates it when images change.
- Where the source is existing material rather than an org, such as session extracts in a GitHub repo, summarizes it into a branded report and pre-filled form entries.
- Exports the document to PDF and publishes both the HTML and the PDF.
- Refines the deliverables over several rounds of user feedback.
