Analyze Licensing Feasibility

Get a read on which Salesforce licences a planned build needs and whether the capabilities it depends on are available under them. The output is usually a feasibility matrix, a comparison of licence options, or a feasibility recommendation with conditions.

Method

How MeshMesh does it

  1. Reviews the customer's licences against what the request needs, and updates the feasibility matrix once the full asset inventory is available.
  2. Searches the web for licensing and bundling details, for example Marketing Cloud Account Engagement pricing.
  3. Compares licence options for a use case, such as Financial Services Cloud against Sales Cloud for M&A teams, and covers related needs like confidentiality, document handling and relationship mapping.
  4. For larger RFP work, runs a phased viability analysis: confirms the official object access matrix for the licence, answers the customer's questions, checks contractual eligibility and gives a consolidated recommendation of "viable with conditions".
  5. Drafts the follow-up messages for the account executive and manager, and recommends which queue should own the case, in one case the Data 360 queue because most of the requested dashboards depend on it.
