Analyze Existing Apex Code

MeshMesh reads existing Apex classes and the setup around them. The user gets an explanation of what the code does, where its data comes from and where it falls short, often with a plan for what to change next.

How MeshMesh does it

  1. Explores the org's setup around the feature and finds the existing pieces, such as an Apex controller, a Lightning web component and a prompt template.
  2. Reads the Apex classes behind an agent or feature.
  3. Queries the related records and custom metadata to check the actual configuration.
  4. Traces where a value really comes from. In one case it came from channel metadata rather than from Apex or a queryable field.
  5. Names the gaps in the current code, such as a fixed limit on a query, unused historical records and missing scoring.
  6. Delivers a written result. This can be a plan comparing approaches, a map of config fields to the classes that use them, or an explanation of the class that backs an agent action.

When the analysis leads to changes, the next steps are Engineer Apex Classes and Test Apex Classes.
