Configure Health Cloud Appointment Scheduling
Get patients bookable in Health Cloud. This covers setting up Intelligent Appointment Management, Salesforce Scheduler, provider search and referral booking so that providers, channels and time slots appear when staff schedule a visit. See the Health Cloud overview for the wider cloud.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Finds why a booking shows no options. It checks for a missing channel (WorkTypeGroup), a missing ServiceTerritoryWorkType link and expired shifts.
- Creates the missing scheduling records. It creates the work type group and its member, links the work type to the territory, and bulk-creates provider shifts.
- Gets providers into the Intelligent Appointment Management scheduler. It sets up shifts, channels and facility links.
- Traces a provider's "accepting new patients" status. It follows the status back to the record that drives it, here the facility network record.
- Builds and deploys appointment management enhancements. It deploys flows, layouts and pages, and works through metadata deploy errors along the way.
