Configure Insurance Policy Administration

1. Sets out an implementation plan for the user to review and approve before it builds anything.
2. Deploys the insurance data model: custom fields, a custom object, and a permission set with field-level security, then seeds demo records.
3. Creates the client Account and Contact and the InsurancePolicy records. It uses Status values to represent quotes and adds a currency where needed.
4. Builds an insurance app and a summary tab component, recompiles OmniScripts and activates Data Mappers.
5. Runs policy lifecycle actions through the API. Cancel worked, but endorse and renew were blocked when the policies returned no context id.
6. Checks the records in the browser and hands the user a login link to open the org themselves.
