Build Prompt Templates

1. Adds the supporting fields the template writes to and deploys them, such as a custom summary field on Account.
2. Builds a flow as the template's data provider and tests it against real records. One flow looped over Opportunities and then their line items.
3. Deploys the prompt template with its instructions and links the flow as grounding. It works through deploy errors on the flow metadata along the way.
4. For demo builds, wires the template into Apex: closed WorkOrder notes go to the template, Opportunity records come back with deduplication logic, and custom fields, test data, a manual trigger and a demo guide are delivered with it.
5. Tries to activate templates by metadata deploy. In one case the template name field accepted only standard templates, and API queries for the template records failed.
