Diagnose Agentforce Coworker Setup
Find out why Agentforce Coworker won't turn on, why it returns nothing, or how its logging and observability are set up, and fix the access or configuration behind it. Much of the work ends at a diagnosis or a plan rather than an applied fix.
Method
How MeshMesh does it
- Checks whether Coworker is provisioned in the org at all: the AI Search licenses, the Coworker permission sets and the Setup page.
- When it is missing, checks the licensing behind auto-enablement, such as the required AI seats and whether partner licenses have expired, and reports what the user must ask for.
- For a single user, checks that Coworker is active and the required permission sets are assigned. It queries the agent's bot version records when the bot definition has no status field.
- For logging and observability, captures screenshots of the Agents, Trust Layer, Audit, Analytics, Monitoring and Coworker Setup pages without changing anything.
- Writes a gap analysis, for example Session Tracing and Event Log Enrichment turned off and RAG Quality sampling not enabled, then pauses for the user to choose between a guide and fixing the gaps.
